Warm and welcoming 73 m² holiday cottage, located on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated former farmhouse, offering stunning views of the Dômes de Miage.

Just 100 metres from the beginner ski slopes and the téléski (baby lift) in winter, and from hiking trails in summer, you can set off directly from the cottage for your mountain walks. The property is located in a peaceful setting and forms part of a renovated 1780 Savoyard farmhouse, which also includes three owner-occupied properties.

The cottage comprises:

• entrance area;
• fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading into the living room, with TV and sofa bed;
• Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (90 cm);
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together;
• shower room with double washbasin and walk-in shower;
• separate toilet;
• terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers;
• shared grounds with games for children;
• underfloor heating.

Bed linen can be rented.

Set in a spectacular high-mountain environment, the cottage is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking routes, including the Tour du Mont-Blanc (TMB) and Mont Joly.

The centre of Les Contamines-Montjoie is 1.2 km away, the Le Fayet/Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 13 km away, and Chamonix is approximately 40 minutes by car. The Baroque Circuit and a leisure park 800 m away are also nearby.

Pets are welcome for an additional €80, corresponding to a cleaning fee. A €100 deposit per pet is required upon arrival.
