VARIETY WORKSHOP
“Au bout de vos rêves !” – Follow Your Dreams !
The most beautiful songs of Jean-Jacques Goldman will echo through the stunning landscapes of Les Contamines-Montjoie!
Goldman’s music perfectly embodies the spirit of French pop variety.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced singer, this workshop is designed to help you develop your talent and enrich your musical experience in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.

Jean-Marie Couttet
Originally trained as a clarinetist, Jean-Marie Couttet earned his Virtuosity diploma from the Geneva Conservatory.
He currently teaches in Megève, Saint-Gervais, and Chamonix, where he also conducts the municipal wind orchestra.
A passionate choral enthusiast, he has sung with the Chœur Départemental and Ensemble Scherzetto before directing the Chœur du Prieuré de Chamonix and the Ensemble Vocal de Saint-Gervais.

GOSPEL WORKSHOP
This workshop will be filled with authentic, body-moving gospel, where rhythm and movement elevate both voice and spirit.
Together, we’ll explore a repertoire rich in spiritual depth and historical roots, clapping hands and stomping feet to infectious rhythms.
Learning these songs will also involve tackling some technical and vocal challenges, always with joy and precision.
This workshop is open to everyone — all you need is good humor and enthusiasm!
Héléna Menachemoff
After distinguished musical studies and teaching positions at the Conservatories of Paris (9th and 15th arrondissements), Héléna returned to her native region as a choral conductor and much more — sharing her passion and energy with every group she leads.

CLASSICAL WORKSHOPS
New for 2026!
Your conductor Blanche Latour will be working alongside her daughter Céline Latour.
Two classical workshops will be offered:

• Mixed Choir
• Women’s Choir

Each group will have its own independent program, but both conductors will lead sessions with each choir every day.
The level of difficulty will be similar across both groups.
Both choirs will present their full program at the final concert.

Blanche Latour
Based in Annecy, Blanche holds a Master’s degree in Choral Conducting. Her passion for choral singing is guided by her constant pursuit of beautiful sound and her caring support of each singer toward their full potential.
Céline Latour
A pianist and choral conductor in Switzerland, Céline is passionate about the human voice and its power to bring people together. She combines sensitivity and precision with a playful, dynamic approach to music-making. She currently teaches at the Haute École de Musique de Genève.
 
Program Overview

• 6 days of choral singing
• 5 hours of singing per day
• Vocal technique, breathing, tuning, body awareness, and repertoire learning
• Final concert open to the public on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Sainte-Trinité Church (free entry)
