You run at least 2 times a week. You are able to run 1:15 without stopping.

The intensity of the program is strong and a very good physical shape is required.
Rating: You practice two times a week a sport and you can hold an endurance activity at a steady pace as running 5km in under 30 minutes while chatting.
From 3 to 6 hours of walking per session.
